Connect an AI Assistant (MCP)

Connect an AI assistant to ask questions like “which campaigns drove the most new customers last month?” or “which creatives are fatiguing?” in plain language. The connector uses the open MCP standard, so it works with Claude, ChatGPT and any other MCP-capable assistant. Access is read-only — the assistant can analyze, never change anything.

  1. In Klarvyn, go to Settings → Integrations → AI Assistant (MCP) and copy the Server URL: https://mcp.klarvyn.com/mcp.

  2. In your assistant — for Claude (Desktop, claude.ai or Cowork): open Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL and click Connect. Other MCP clients: add a remote MCP server with the same URL.

Using Claude Code in the terminal instead:

    Terminal window
claude mcp add --transport http klarvyn https://mcp.klarvyn.com/mcp
  3. Sign in to Klarvyn when prompted, pick the workspace to share, and click Allow. No API key needed.

  • Accounts & summary — connected ad accounts and workspace headline numbers (revenue, conversions, calls, visitors, leads).
  • Campaign, ad and placement performance — spend next to attributed revenue, ROAS, CAC, under your choice of attribution model.
  • Creative performance — per-creative metrics including hook rate, hold rate and days live, so it can answer “what’s my best hook?” and “which creatives are fatiguing?” with the same numbers as the Creatives page.
  • Events and customer summaries — row-level events and new-vs-returning breakdowns.
  • Funnels — list your funnels and analyze drop-off between steps.
  • Read-only, one workspace. The assistant can’t launch, pause or edit campaigns, and only sees the workspace you approved.
  • Contact emails are masked (r***@yahoo.com) before they reach the assistant — analysis works, PII stays home.
  • Revoke anytime under Settings → API Keys — each connected assistant shows who approved it. A workspace can hold up to 10 connected users.
  • On a Claude Team/Enterprise workspace, an admin may need to add the connector once for everyone.
  • Comparing numbers with the dashboard? The dashboard’s “Last N days” presets end yesterday — ask the assistant for the same end date when reconciling.
