Connect Typeform

Connecting Typeform turns form submissions into Klarvyn events — attributed to the visitor’s ad journey when the form is embedded on your site.

  1. In Klarvyn, go to Settings → Integrations and open the Typeform card. Heads up: Klarvyn connects to whichever Typeform account you’re signed into — sign out at typeform.com first if you need a different one.

  2. Click Continue to Typeform and approve access.

  3. In Typeform Settings, choose which Klarvyn event a submission should trigger (default: lead — or create a custom event on the spot), then click + Add Typeforms and select the forms to track. Klarvyn installs a webhook per selected form automatically — nothing to configure inside Typeform.

  4. Submit a test response — it appears in Events & Audiences within seconds.

Each submission becomes an event (your chosen type) with the full answer set attached. If the response includes an email, the submitter becomes a contact — created or matched — with the submission on their timeline.

  • Only selected forms are tracked — submissions from unselected forms are ignored, and the webhook status shows None configured until you’ve added at least one form.
  • Give every form an email field. Without an email (and without the on-site embed stitching below), the submission can’t be tied to a contact.
  • Best attribution: embed the form on your own site with the Klarvyn tracking script installed — Klarvyn then stitches the submission to the visitor’s ad journey automatically. Responses on a typeform.com-hosted link fall back to email matching.
  • Disconnect removes the webhooks in Typeform; recorded events are kept.
