Connect Zapier

Zapier connects the tools Klarvyn doesn’t integrate natively: any of Zapier’s 5,000+ apps can send leads, calls, purchases, refunds, subscriptions and custom events into Klarvyn.

  1. In Klarvyn, go to Settings → Integrations, open the Zapier card and click Generate Zapier key. Copy the key — it’s shown only once.

  2. Click Open Klarvyn on Zapier and paste the key when Zapier asks for your Klarvyn API Key.

  3. Build a Zap: pick a trigger app (your form tool, CRM, payment system…) and map its fields to one of Klarvyn’s actions.

  • Create Click — record a touchpoint. Paste a Link Builder URL as Tracked URL and the channel and drill-down fill in automatically.
  • Create/Update Call — booked calls, plus status updates (showed, no-show, cancelled, rescheduled).
  • Create Purchase — with order-level amount or full line items.
  • Create Refund — recorded as negative revenue against the order.
  • Create Subscription — the full lifecycle: trial started, started, renewed, reactivated, cancelled.
  • Create Custom Event — any event, picked from your workspace’s event list or free-text.

Every action returns Matched By, showing how the contact was identified — handy when debugging a Zap.

  • Pass the Klarvyn Visitor Id when you can. It’s what ties the event to the visitor’s ad journey; without it (or a Link Builder URL), matching falls back to email/phone and the event may land unattributed.
  • Emails are required on Purchase, Refund, Subscription and Create Call.
  • Subscriptions: Trial Started books no MRR — send Subscription Started with the same Subscription id when the trial converts, and use that same id for renewals and cancellations (it’s the join key).
  • Purchases: if you send both an Amount and line items, Amount wins; sending neither records zero revenue. Plan Name belongs to subscriptions, Product Name to purchases.
  • Consent: each action has an optional consent field (Advertising / Analytics only / Denied). Leaving it blank keeps the contact’s current consent unchanged.
  • Disconnecting is two-sided: revoking the key in Klarvyn stops the data, but the connection also needs removing in Zapier → My Apps.
