Connect Zoho CRM
Connecting Zoho CRM lets Klarvyn attribute your deals and calls back to the campaigns that created them — connect with your Zoho login, no setup inside Zoho.
-
In Klarvyn, go to Settings → Integrations and open the Zoho CRM card, then click Connect Zoho CRM.
-
Sign in with your Zoho login in the popup and approve access. Klarvyn detects your Zoho data center automatically and subscribes to change notifications — nothing to configure inside Zoho.
-
Review Event Sync Settings: Contacts & Leads, Deals and Calls are all enabled by default.
-
Create a test contact in Zoho — it appears in Contacts within seconds.
What flows in
Section titled “What flows in”- Contacts and leads become contacts (created and updated), including the Zoho lead source.
- Deals feed attribution and reports — creation, stage changes and won/lost, with pipeline, amount and closing date.
- Zoho calls become call events on the contact, including the call result (answered vs. no-answer).
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The sync is forward-looking — records flow in as they’re created or changed after connecting; there is no historical import.
- Contacts need an email or a phone number. Records with neither are skipped.
- Deals need a contact. Klarvyn identifies the person through the deal’s Contact Name field — deals without one can’t be attributed. Same for calls: the Related To (Who) field must point at a contact or lead.
- Won/lost is read from the stage name. Stages containing “won” or “lost” register as such — a custom stage named e.g. “Signed” counts as open. Stick to stage names that include Won/Lost.
- Connect with an admin-level Zoho user — the connection needs permission to manage notifications, which regular users may lack.
- Disconnect anytime — the Zoho subscription is removed and recorded data is kept.
