Connect Calendly

Connecting Calendly turns bookings into call events in Klarvyn — stitched to the visitor’s ad journey, so you see which campaigns actually put meetings on your calendar.

  1. In Klarvyn, go to Settings → Integrations and click the Calendly card, then Connect Calendly.

  2. Heads up before the Calendly window opens: Klarvyn connects to whichever Calendly account you’re currently signed into. Using a different account? Sign out at calendly.com first.

  3. Approve the permissions in the popup. The webhook is registered automatically — nothing to configure in Calendly.

  4. In the Calendly Settings panel, click Add Event Types and select which event types should create call events. If you use Calendly routing forms, add those under Application Routing Forms as well.

  5. Make a test booking on one of your selected event types — it appears as a call event on the contact within seconds.

  • Bookings on selected event types become call events, with the appointment time and Calendly’s UTM tracking fields.
  • Cancellations and reschedules update the original call — no duplicate bookings, and cancelled calls are marked as such.
  • Routing-form submissions on selected forms become application events.
  • Nothing is tracked until you select event types. A fresh connection records zero calls — step 4 is not optional.
  • Best attribution: embed Calendly on your own website (with the Klarvyn tracking script installed). Klarvyn then stitches the booking to the visitor’s full journey. Bookings made on a calendly.com-hosted page still work — send visitors there through a Klarvyn tracked link, or Klarvyn falls back to matching by the invitee’s email.
  • Wrong account connected? Use the Wrong account? link in Calendly Settings — it disconnects and immediately reopens the connect flow.
  • Disconnect anytime. Already-recorded calls and events are kept.
