Connect HighLevel
Connecting HighLevel gives Klarvyn the full picture: contacts, pipeline movement, booked appointments and payments — all attributed back to the campaigns that created them.
-
In Klarvyn, go to Settings → Integrations and open the HighLevel card, then click Connect HighLevel.
-
In the HighLevel window, choose the sub-account (location) to connect and approve access. Webhooks are registered automatically.
-
Open the HighLevel settings and switch on the event categories you want: Contacts, Opportunities, Appointments and Payments. All categories start off — a fresh connection records nothing until you enable them.
-
Under Call Calendar Mapping, add the calendars that represent booked calls (requires the Appointments category). Under Pipeline Mapping, select the pipelines to track.
-
Create a test contact in HighLevel — it appears in Contacts within seconds.
What flows in
Section titled “What flows in”- Contacts become contacts (created and updated, with a change log).
- Opportunities feed attribution and reports — creation, stage changes and open/won/lost/abandoned.
- Appointments on your mapped calendars become call events, including cancellations.
- Invoices and payments become purchases with real revenue — they show up in Purchases and revenue attribution.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Step 3 and 4 are not optional. Categories start disabled, and appointments on unmapped calendars are not recorded as calls.
- Agency install? Connecting at agency level imports all sub-accounts disabled — enable the ones to track under Connected accounts.
- Contacts need an email or a phone number. Records with neither are skipped.
- Opportunities, appointments and payments are matched through the contact — if the contact isn’t in Klarvyn yet (created before you connected), those events can’t be attributed until the contact is updated or imported.
- Disconnect anytime — the webhook is removed and recorded data is kept.
