Connect Monday CRM

Connecting monday CRM lets Klarvyn attribute your deals back to the campaigns that created them. Paste an API token — Klarvyn auto-detects your CRM boards and registers the webhooks for you.

  1. In monday, click your profile picture → Developers → My access tokens → Show and copy your personal API token. The token inherits your board permissions, so use an account that can see your CRM boards.

  2. In Klarvyn, go to Settings → Integrations, open the Monday CRM card and paste the token. It’s stored encrypted.

  3. Click Connect Monday CRM. Klarvyn scans your boards, detects your Contacts/Leads and Deals boards, and registers webhooks — the success message lists exactly which boards were found.

  4. Review the Detected boards and Event Sync Settings panels, then create a test contact item — it appears in Contacts within seconds.

What flows in

  • Contact and lead items become contacts (created and updated).
  • Deal items feed attribution and reports — creation, stage changes and won/lost, with the deal value and close date.
  • Call activities on your Activities board become call events on the contact.

Good to know

Section titled “Good to know”
  • You need the monday CRM product (or equivalent boards): a contacts/leads board with an email column and a deals board with a status column. A blank workspace has nothing to detect and the connection fails with a clear error.
  • Contact items need an email or phone in their columns; deals need a linked contact (the board relation column) to be attributed.
  • Won/lost is read from the deal’s stage label. Labels containing “won”/“vunnen”, “signed”, “lost”/“förlorad” etc. are recognized — custom labels outside those words count as open.
  • Added or renamed a CRM board? Boards are detected at connect time — reconnect the integration to pick up new boards.
  • One deals board is tracked. If you run multiple deal pipelines on separate boards, keep them on one board (monday supports multiple groups per board) for full coverage.
  • Call activities need a type label like “Call” on your Activities board — emails and meetings are not treated as calls.
  • Disconnect anytime — the monday webhooks are removed and recorded data is kept.
