Connect Lime CRM
Connecting Lime CRM lets Klarvyn attribute your deals and logged calls back to the campaigns that created them. You’ll need a Lime API key and your instance URL — Klarvyn registers the webhook for you.
-
In Lime Server Admin (LISA), go to Databases → Security → Users and create a user of type API. Copy the generated API key — it’s shown only once. (Requires Lime server v13.2 or newer.)
-
In Klarvyn, go to Settings → Integrations and open the Lime CRM card.
-
Enter your Lime instance URL — including the application segment, e.g.
https://your-company.lime-crm.com/YourApp— and paste the API key. The key is stored encrypted. -
Click Connect Lime. Klarvyn validates the credentials and registers the webhook subscription automatically — nothing to configure inside Lime.
-
Review Event Sync Settings (Contacts, Deals, Calls), then create a test person in Lime — it appears in Contacts within seconds.
What flows in
Section titled “What flows in”- Persons become contacts (created and updated).
- Deals feed attribution and reports — creation, dealstatus changes and won/lost, with the deal value.
- Logged phone-call history becomes call events on the contact (answered vs. no-answer).
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- The instance URL must include the app name —
https://company.lime-crm.comalone is rejected; use the fullhttps://company.lime-crm.com/YourAppform. - Persons need an email or a phone number. Records with neither are skipped.
- Deals need a linked person — that’s how Klarvyn identifies who the deal belongs to.
- Won/lost is read from the dealstatus name. Standard Swedish/English statuses (won, agreement, signed, lost, förlorad …) are recognized automatically. If your Lime setup uses custom dealstatus keys that don’t contain such words, won/lost may not register — contact us and we’ll map them.
- Call tracking covers phone-call history types (sales call, talked to, no answer). Other history notes (emails, visits) aren’t treated as calls.
- Disconnect anytime — the webhook in Lime is removed and recorded data is kept.
